Customized training that keeps on giving

Our lesson plans are customized to accomplish your business goals by providing only certified instructors at your site to train your employees. We do not prepare "canned" lesson plans. We meet with our clients and perform a "needs analysis/assessment" before plans are created. This assessment is a step-by-step method to determine the behavioral objectives to be covered in the lesson plan.

Our "Train-the-Trainer" program is geared to train your own staff to become instructors. During training sessions, your staff personnel are referred to as "SME's" - Subject Matter Experts!

Video presentation will be incorporated into the lesson plans to further ensure the information is first understood, and then transferred back into the workplace.
